What is a Mega Millions Megaplier?

You can play the Megaplier for an extra fee. Any non-jackpot prize won on a Mega Millions play will be multiplied by the Megaplier number drawn at random before the main draw. For example, if you win the AUD$1.5 million second-tier prize in Mega Millions, and the Megaplier number drawn is 5, your prize would be a whopping AUD$7.5 million if you purchased the Multiplier option!

Does The Lottery Office issue REAL TICKETS?

Yes. When you place an order with us, you are purchasing games in our own Government approved and licensed lottery, USA Mega Lotto. After receiving your order, we then purchase a matching ticket in the overseas lottery i.e. Mega Millions. Once we have safely secured the matching ticket, we issue you with a Lottery Office ticket, which can be found under 'My Draws' in your Lottery Office account.

How do I collect my winnings?

For jackpot prizes or first division wins of over $10,000 you will be contacted within 2 business days to discuss payout arrangements. You may be required to provide further proof of identity documentation before we can pay out a large win. Large wins will not be automatically added to your account funds, but they will be recorded on the relevant entry in 'My Draws'.

Winnings under $10,000 will be automatically transferred to your Lottery Office account. Players who have successfully had their identity verified are able to withdraw any winnings.
